BEGINNERS YOGA (Hatha) - A great method of relaxation which combines flexibility & strength. This class will increase muscle tone & suppleness whilst improving back & joint health. Suitable for all fitness levels, particularly those returning to exercise or just starting.
PILATES - A system of body conditioning designed to strengthen and lengthen the body's muscles, with emphasis on reducing incidence of back pain and improving posture and muscle tone.
ASHTANGA YOGA - A more advanced, stronger form of Yoga using dynamic movements to stretch and strengthen the body. All levels are catered for in a functional workout for both mind and body.
VELOCITY - Cycle your way to fitness on our studio bikes in a fun and motivating class for all fitness levels.
TECHNIQUE - 15 minutes of basic instruction on correct technique, form & postural alignment for the class.
