I have over 7 years experience in a variety of fitness, coaching and conditioning capacities including working in large multi-purpose facilities and corporate wellness settings, as well as sporting teams, personal training and strength coaching.

My sporting background includes playing Cricket and Rugby at a representative level, as well as overseeing many junior and senior talent development programs both here and in the U.S. My Corporate experience extends to personal training and fitness programming, employee health assessments and wellness promotions.

I believe in a functional, safe and effective approach to training. My programs are designed to meet the specific need of each client, whilst creating an enjoyable and stimulating atmosphere. Whether you are a first starter or experienced, I can ensure the delivery of a structured, tailored and suitable program for you to achieve your goals.


Dan Westwood

Qualifications: 

  • Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness/Personal Training (TAFE/Newcastle University)

  • Currently studying and researching Nutrition/Supplementation

I have had over 10 years experience in strength and conditioning/personal training individuals, groups and teams. As a head trainer of The Entrance rugby league club, I took them to multiple premiership titles. I have also trained elite athletes in various codes of footbal and have played representative football for the Central Coast and Newcastle Knights.

My professional fitness experience has led to training and advising hundreds of people in both individual and group settings, helping them to lose hundreds of kilograms of bodyweight in a safe and friendly manner.

I am very passionate when it comes to helping others to get in shape and to keep them focused on their health and fitness goals. I will help you to achieve the body shape you desire and help push you past your perceived limitations in body, mind and spirit.


Andrew Bulloch

  • Senior Martial Arts Instructor (Praying Mantis kung fu academy)

I have been training people for the last 3 years while finishing off my degree. My experience extends to sports testing, rehab, personal training and martial arts instruction (which I have been doing for 7 years).

I have represented both NSW and Australia in martial arts sparring and routine, and now train many people hoping to achieve the same .

I believe that training is a must in life and that it should be fun, safe and functional ir order for everyone to benefit. Exercise is about you and I am the person to help you achieve your goals.

For the past two years I have obtained my qualifications to become a personal trainer and a fitness specialist. I have also obtained a highly recognised boxing certificate to further my skills and knowledge. My fitness experiences so far had led me to train personal clients as well as local football teams.

My aim is to take the individual out of their comfort zone and help them transform the life that they strive for. Through monitored progression and high intensity workouts I guarantee results. Whatever your goal may be I am you textbook, your mentor and your friend.
